Immediate Implant Applications in Anterior from Surgery to Prosthetic Approach
In today's implant dentistry, aesthetic expectations and success criteria for the treatment of tooth loss in anterior with implant supported restorations are quite high. The term 'immediate implant placement' is used for implant placement in the extraction socket simultaneously with tooth extraction, and 'immediate loading' is used for immediate support with a temporary prosthesis. Participants in the course will watch video presentations in addition to theoretical knowledge about immediate implant placement and immediate loading procedures. In addition, surgical and prosthetic procedures will be explained step by step through detailed documented cases. Possible complications will be evaluated. In live patient, tooth extraction, immediate implant placement, measurement and immediate temporary prosthesis loading will be followed, and questions will be answered interactively by the participants during the operation. On the first day, the surgical procedure will be explained theoretically, immediate implant placement surgery will be performed on the live patient, and then the implant will be applied on the plastic jaw model. On the second day, the prosthetic part will be explained theoretically, and the live patient will be loaded immediately, then the prosthetic loading will be done hands-on on the model. The training will be completed with a question-answer and certificate ceremony.
