The aims of this course are to evaluate every patient top to toe and thus not to dismiss potentially TMD patients or instabile occlusion. Also, when a TMD or orofacial pain patient comes to clinic, participants will learn how to diagnose, how to take analog and digital recordings, in the light of these, how to make an individually based ideal treatment plan. In these two days course, the anatomy of TMJ and related structures, how the system works, defining of patient’s problems, clinic and radiographic examination, types of pain, how to determine which pain comes from where, differential diagnosis, the concept of “orthopedic stability”, bruxizm, splint treatment, how to make splint with analog style and digital style, how to adjust splints, how to go on after splint therapy, when to apply interdisciplinary approach; physiotherapy, prostho, surgery , the importance of multidisciplinary treatment will be shown detaily. As a practical session every participants will take centric relation record with Roth’s Power Centric Registration bite method with blue wax and see how to adjust splint.
